Projects in Development

I explore the tools and processes that I do because I find great joy in sharing my ability to be both analytical about technology and pragmatic in its application toward objectives.

Since I've been focusing on graduate work for the last few years, I find that my folio is occupation heavy at the moment. Here's a sampling of a few of the projects that I am currently participating in:
 NW/MET Site Redesign
 SBDC International Finance Simulations
 Philosophy 201 in Second Life
 Machinima Studio & Direction
 Moodle Course Development
LMS & EPortfolio - Enterprise Evaluation
 Sign Language Video Assessment
  R-IDEA Conference Game Team Development

Featured Project: Philosophy 201 in Second Life

As a part of the OCCDLA OR CC Isle grant development work, I am directly supporting Bill Noonan, a Columbia Gorge Community College philosophy instructor in bringing to Second Life his dreams of teaching the history of western philosophical thought through the voices of some of its most notable figures. My role as his design and development aide is to listen to his ideas and utilize deep design skills (2D, 3D, narrative, instructional, etc.)to translate those ideas into instructionally sound processes based in instructional systems design that make sense for virtual spaces. Click here for a breakdown of this exciting project and all of it's workflow processes- I'll be keeping track of it throughout the summer as we develop.
